I’m at the Sydney Seafood School for a 2 hour course :) It was my Mother’s Day Gift from last year…and I have exactly 22 hours to use it.</p> <p>I am hopeless with vouchers.</p> <p>But these faces…Cooper lost another tooth yesterday (we’re going broke over here!) - hence his pointing to the gap. This is a puzzle he had printed with our family pic from last Mother’s Day.</p> <p>The kids were divine this morning, piling up into our bed at 7am with all their gorgeous hand made gifts and cookies from school and day-care.</p> <p>I really love this day, as I feel it’s truly the one day I have honestly ‘earned’. Cooper even announced that I was allowed to ‘be bossy’ today! :)</p> <p>So I’m lapping up every bit of attention I get today - cold cheesy toast and all! There’s nothing like breakfast in bed with 3 little mouths all vying for the froth off your cappuccino! Those same 3 little faces that rely on you for their warmth, shelter and food - their life. It’s awesome being a mum. It’s exhausting and challenging…but when those little people wrap their arms around you and thank you for being their Mum - it makes all the other stuff so insignificant.</p> <p>Happy Mother’s Day to me. Then Sunday we had Hayden and Tahlia’s Easter Hat Parade, followed by lunch on Cronulla beach with our good friends from uni.</p> <p>Needless to say, the kids were in the car lots {do you think Tahlia enjoyed this - look at that face!}</p> <p>Lots of sand burying was had too! </p> <p>It was a fabulous weekend filled with sand, surf, hot chips, fish and burgers.
